I do believe that many of us are in a great spot where we can not just do business, but build a community (as overuse as that word is LoL)
Although at the end of the day, it does go back to similar roots as business in that if it the community stops working for you, you should also move on.
The diff is in intent, I think folks approach work with a how do I put in minimal work for maximum rewards. Compared to a community it’s more of a what can I do to take this further
Employment is definitely more of a partnership, it has a defined beginning and (an eventual) defined end
As long as it’s mutually beneficial then the partnership works. As soon as it’s not, the partnership breaks
No hard feelings between the two. After things end you can sulk for a bit, explore for a bit, then move on to bigger and better things
At the end of the day, it’s just business 🤷
